BRIDGING FURNITURE DRIVE -

September 23-24, 2011

Thank you to everyone for helping to fill three trucks of donations for Bridging!

Bridging is a Minnesota-based non-profit organization that helps people in need furnish their homes, people who need your help for such simple things as beds and chairs, lamps and tables, tableware and silverware, pots and pans. Our goal this year is to fill Bridging’s semi-truck with furniture and house wares.
We need your generous participation to make this year’s drive a success! Do you have any of the items at home that you might donate? Please bring them to the Bridging truck, located in the main parking lot of Saint Thomas Academy.
Thank you for your support.
We will be at the trucks to accept your tax-deductible contributions (we’ll give you a charitable contribution receipt) — hope to see you there!

Advocacy for the Hungry Food Drive
February 24 - March 9, 2011

As a community, we have been blessed with many opportunities from our families, benefactors, and other Twin Cities’ members. We are very grateful for all the support we have received and want to make a difference, not just in the future, but in our present lives as well.

Thank you to Archbishop Nienstedt for celebrating Mass.

This was the third year for the Academy's partnership with Neighborhood House and, as part of the nonprofit’s March food drive campaign, students filled Kowalski’s Market grocery bags with more than seven tons of food and household items they collected door-to-door.
