Saint Thomas Academy Faculty
Academy teachers excel at educating and inspiring young men to achieve their academic and personal goals. Approximately 83% of the teachers hold a Masters or Ph.D. in their fields of expertise; the faculty averages 17 years of teaching experience.
Faculty and staff are routinely provided with training, research, and resources geared toward providing the best educational environment for boys, which includes, but is not limited to, keeping an average class size of 18 students and a strong student/teacher ratio of 10:1. Saint Thomas Academy has one of the smallest class size average in the Twin Cities. This enables the teachers to know each student and help him achieve his goals.
More than 70% of the faculty serve as coaches and moderators for the co-curricular programs, enhancing the personal relationships with their students.
