Fall Athletics

We strongly encourage new students to get involved in a fall sport or activity. This is a great way to meet your new classmates. The Academy offers three fall athletics - cross country, football, and soccer. Details about each program are available by clicking the photos below or the links to the left.

2016 Fall Athletics

Required paperwork: All student-athletes must have an Athletic Card (available on the first day of practice) and give the card to the coach on the first day of practice/try-out. No athlete will be allowed to practice/try-out until the card is given to the coach. If required, athletes must have taken the pre-season concussion testing before practice/try-out Also, all families must have created an account on the rSchool Web site and completed the MSHSL Eligibility Brochure, and made sure that the student's required physical exam & immunizations are on file with the health office.

CROSS COUNTRY

Begins Monday, August 15, report to Flynn Hall at 3:30 p.m.
Pick up an Athletic Card in the Ciresi Atrium (Flynn Hall) before practice.
Come with quality running shoes, shorts, t-shirt, two water bottles and chronograph watch.

Any new runners should contact Coach Kinzley - tkinzley@cadets.com - to let him know you are interested. In order to be prepared for the season, daily running is highly recommended. Check Cadets.com/CrossCountry for more information.

FOOTBALL
