Admissions Procedure and Timeline

OCTOBER-NOVEMBER

-STA begins to accept applications
-Open House - November 1, 2009 at 1:00 p.m.
-Schedule a campus visit (available through April)

DECEMBER

-Send Transcript Release to student's current school
-Submit Teacher Evaluation Forms

JANUARY

-Open House - January 10, 2010 at 1:00 p.m.
-Applications due - January 12th
-An application received by January 12th is the reservation for the entrance exam

Entrance Exams:
Ninth and Tenth Grades - January 16, 2010 at 8:30 a.m.
Ninth and Tenth Grades Make-up Test - January 23, 2010 at 8:30 a.m.
Middle School - January 23, 2010 at 8:30 a.m.
Middle School Make-up Test - January 30, 2010 at 8:30 a.m.

Your completed application on file at STA is your reservation for the entrance exam.
We provide all test materials; calculators are not needed. There is no testing fee.

FEBRUARY

-Complete and turn in the financial aid application
-Acceptance letters are mailed out

MARCH

-ALL deposits are due on March 1st
