Admissions Procedure and Timeline

OCTOBER-NOVEMBER

-STA begins to accept applications
-Open House - November 2, 2008 at 1:00 p.m.
-Schedule a campus visit (available through April)

DECEMBER

-Send Transcript Release to student's current school
-Submit Teacher Evaluation Forms

JANUARY

-Open House - January 11, 2009 at 1:00 p.m.
-Applications due - January 15th
-An application received by January 15th is the reservation for the entrance exam

Entrance Exams:
Ninth Grade - January 17, 2009 at 8:30 a.m.
Ninth Grade Make-up Test - January 24, 2009 at 8:30 a.m.
Middle School - January 24, 2009 at 8:30 a.m.
Middle School Make-up Test - January 31, 2009 at 8:30 a.m.

FEBRUARY

-Complete and turn in the financial aid application
-Acceptance letters are mailed out

MARCH

-ALL deposits are due on March 2nd
