Middle School: A school within a school

The Saint Thomas Academy Middle School, founded in 1971, has a unique identity all its own. Middle School students play an active role in the Academy's rich tradition, benefiting from the challenging educational curriculum, spiritual growth, and personal development of a Catholic school, and maturing into well-rounded young men well prepared for high school.

Middle School marks an important transition in a young boy's character development and spiritual growth. Special emphasis is placed on preparing young boys for high school learning, including building self-esteem and confidence, as well as improving communication, writing, listening, and study skills.

Saint Thomas Academy is committed to keeping Middle School classes small, allowing for personal instruction and developing a sense of camaraderie among the students.

Information about parking at Saint Thomas Academy -

A reminder to all Middle School Parents picking up their sons after school at the North doors:

  • Please be aware of any buses trying to enter the driveway at the Middle School entrance and move your vehicle to allow their safe entry. We have had one accident this year and hope this common courtesy will help prevent any others.

A reminder to all STA Parents:

  • The circular driveway in front of school is marked as a No Parking Fire Zone. While we understand that people will drive up to pick up their sons during the day and after school, parking cars at the curb is not allowed. If you need to leave your vehicle, please use the visitor parking spots or park in the main lot.
  • The North side of the main parking lot is marked as a bus zone. Please do not park your vehicle in this designated area.
Thank you very much for your cooperation to ensure the safety of our students.
