History Day
On Tuesday, February 26, students in grades 8 and 11 competed in Saint Thomas Academy’s 14th annual History Day event. Students created more than 100 individual and group projects connected to the theme “Conflict and Compromise.”
The best of the exhibits, documentaries and dramas will advance to the regional competitions, which will be on Thursday, March 6th for high school students and Monday, March 17th for middle school students.
Sophomores are writing research papers on the same theme for their English and History classes, and the top three papers will advance to state competition.

D. Ayotte and S. Johnson: Group Performance
M. Wyatt and J. Kaplan did not advance but received Honorable Mention for their Group Exhibit.
This is one of the largest groups of STA students to advance to the state competition.
