Cadet/NCO/Officer of the Quarter

For the first three quarters of the school year, company commanders choose their best and brightest cadets to compete in the Cadet, NCO, and Officer of the Quarter competitions. The cadets go through an interview process as well as intensive inspections. The candidates are challenged in their knowledge of Saint Thomas Academy history, basic cadet knowledge, current events, and questions about the cadet’s involvement and achievements. Each quarter one student is chosen as the Cadet, NCO, and Officer of the Quarter. These three cadets are presented with a medal and recognized in a ceremony during formation.
