Cadet/NCO/Officer of the Quarter

Each quarter, every company commander selects three dedicated cadets (one for each category) to represent his company and the competition. The Cadet of the Quarter must be below a squad leader and is typically a freshman. The NCO of the Quarter is a student who is usually a squad leader and sophomore or junior. Lastly, the Cadet of the Quarter is an officer who is usually a platoon leader. Each Officer, NCO and Cadet was asked a series of questions that pertained to military knowledge, the chain of command, and marching. Also, each candidate had his uniform inspected.
