2012
On 25 January, 2012 the team hosted a match in our range with the Cretin-Derham Hall Raiders. The Cadet’s team, consisting of all first-year shooters (M. Chapman ’15, P. Cramer ’14, J. Benedict ’14, N. Caspers ’15 and S. Supplee ’15), scored the victory, 1252-1095.

2012
On 21-22 January, 2012, the team competed in the Minnesota State Junior Olympic Shooting Championship. In the Sporter Class, STA took first place in the team division. STA team members M. Chapman '15, P. Cramer '14 and Z. Gilliland '15 placed first, second and third, respectively, in the Sporter "new shooters" class. Co-captain C. Nordstrom '12 placed second overall in the competition.

2012
Team members C. Nordstrom '12 (co-captain), T. Johnson '13 (co-captain), P. Cramer '14 and M. Chapman '15, traveled to Cretin-Derham Hall on Wednesday, January 11, 2012. This was the first time in three years the teams had faced one another in a shoulder-to-shoulder competition. After the smoke cleared the Cadets walked away with a victory, shooting 1054-943.

2011
Congratulations to T. Johnson '13 who finished 19th overall (out of more than 2,000 individual competitors) in the U.S. Army JROTC National Air Rifle competition. The team finished ninth with more than 200 teams competing. Next stop is Camp Perry for the National Service Championship in February 2012.

U.S. Army JROTC Service Championship at Camp Perry, Ohio: the team placed second at Camp Perry and tenth overall in the nation. S. Loufek '11 - finished 8th at Camp Perry and 30th in the overall national competition; C. Nordstrom '12 - finished 16th (CP) and 57th (N); C. Ahern '11 - finished 28th (CP) and 77th (N); C. Harley '11 - finished 29th (CP) and 79th (N); N. Boerboon '11 - finished 34th (CP) and 93rd (N).

U.S. Army Junior Open Air Rifle Championships: fifth consecutive gold medal in state; first place in Nortwest States Region; first place in state for C. Nordstrom '12; second place in state for C. Harley '11 (other team members are C. Ahern '11 and T. Johnson '13).
