The Write Place, in collaboration with the English and Fine Arts Departments and the Cadence literary and arts magazine, held the annual Coffeehouse on February 11th. The Coffeehouse is an open forum for all students, faculty and staff to share any original art, writing, music or performance. We had about 30 participants! Many diverse art projects, including sumptuous batiks, whimsical mobiles, and fascinating pencil and color sketches as well as original writings from gothic horror to nature contemplations to serious monologues, poetry and short stories were presented.
