2009 Solar Bike Rayce

The 15th annual race was held at Crowder College over Memorial Day weekend and the team won all its events. The team finished first overall, first and second in the bike division, first in the S-class car division, had the fastest lap (John DeMay '09, 2:45 at 30.5 mph) and won the sportsmanship award.

The high school division bike was piloted by Rob Muellerleile '09 and DeMay and was monitored by
Brennan Lee '09 and T. Grojean '11. The car was driven by Blake Fonfara '09 and monitored by
Tom Mealey '09.
