Academic Probation Monitoring

Academic probation is a program designed to support students who are struggling academically at STA. 

Educational and Psychological Testing and Consultation:

  • Consultations and brief student evaluations / screenings
  • Test students for learning disability

Academic Probation Case Manager
Academic Probation is a program designed to track and support students who are having academic difficulties. The intent of the program is to get parents, teachers, and the case manager on the "same page." This is done by completing a weekly homework sheet, which is signed by parents and reviewed by the case manager.

Peer Counselor Adviser
Peer Counselors are a group of junior and senior students who have been trained in basic helping skills. They most often assist younger students in general relationship, academic, or adjustment issues. They also help facilitate Middle School Friendship Days and the 9th Grade Fun Night.
