Saint Thomas Academy is a place where boys harness their greatest intellectual, athletic, spiritual and leadership potential. Here, they can explore and become the young men they are meant to be. It’s the origin of a life-changing bond of brotherhood your son will carry with him for life.

What we instill in our sons will be the foundation upon which they build their future.

Faith
Altar Boys Leaving Mass

Faith is a grounding principle in a young man’s life and fosters selflessness and compassion. As such, we encourage boys to explore and develop their faith through our community service, theology coursework and Catholic tenets.

Excellence

Whether on the field, court or ice, or in the classroom, lab or studio, cadets consistently demonstrate excellence developed through unwavering commitment, practice, teamwork and instruction by the finest coaches and faculty who excel at teaching boys.

Integrity

A character trait that can only be instilled, not taught, integrity defines Saint Thomas Academy cadets.

Respect

Unquantifiable on college entrance exams, the development of a deep respect for authority and others is inherent in our military leadership program.

More Than Classroom Opportunities

Exploring learning, leadership and personal promise.

The relationships I formed in Middle School with my teachers and the class activities we did, were still talked about in high school.

Middle School Student, Class of 2024

Saint Thomas Academy is the best thing that has ever happened to me.  It is a home away from home where I can share a special bond with my brothers through sports, activities, faith and a military aspect that teaches us how to be gentlemen.

Upper School Student, Class of 2020

The small class sizes allow me to really get to know my students.

Thought Leaders in Education

At Saint Thomas Academy, teachers shape young men's lives by providing instruction in a host of disciplines, embodying the values that distinguish men of character and faith.

I love how my students inspire me to be innovative in the classroom and try new things; if they don't work we learn from our failures and try again.  I love that I am encouraged to grow professionally and take risks.

- Caroline Little, French Teacher

I was so fortunate to have had such great role models and mentors during my high school years, I want to be able to foster those experiences here.

I love working at Saint Thomas Academy because I get to see the growth in these young men from middle school to high school.  The boys make me laugh every day and bring a lot of joy to teaching.
