International Students
Welcome!
At Saint Thomas Academy, we are always looking to welcome young men with a strong desire to grow, learn and contribute to our student body. Every year, we accept international students in grades 6-12 to join our community to participate fully in all that Saint Thomas Academy offers; academically, athletically, spiritually, and socially.
Currently, we have several international students at Saint Thomas Academy representing the countries of South Korea, Vietnam and Mexico.
Requirements:
Being a student at Saint Thomas Academy has pushed me out of my comfort zone and challenged me in ways that I never thought I would be challenged. I have met so many awesome people here and have made friendships that extend way beyond the classroom.
Host Families:
To make this program possible we need current Saint Thomas Academy families to open their homes to these driven young men. We work with agencies in the area to make sure that students are placed in an appropriate home.
We prefer to have Saint Thomas Academy families host these students and have found that it is a smoother transition for all when your son is in the same grade as the international student.
