Vista Band Tour
VISTA Band to Visit Italy in 2017!
Join the VISTA Band on an exciting concert tour to Italy during Spring Break 2017. Fly to Rome and being the tour in The Eternal City. Visit the Forum, Coliseum, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain, St. Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican Museums. Travel to Assisi and discover the history of St. Francis. Visit the San Francesco Basilica. Enjoy a stay in the Tuscan hill town of Cortona and spend a day in the Renaissance city of Florence. Conclude the tour on stunning Lake Como with visits to Bellagio and Varenna. Return home from Milan.
Information from Mr. Bina about the tour:
The Student Medical Form must also be completed. It is important that this form is completed in detail. We can address nearly any student health issue if we have advanced notice. This information will be kept in confidence and shared only among school staff. Prior to departure we will review for any changes in health or medications. I need this form returned before Christmas break.
The tour band rehearsal schedule has been set. We have a very limited amount of preparation time to put a polished product together. It is imperative that students are in attendance at all rehearsals. Please help us be successful by communicating promptly with coaches/moderators/employers to minimize conflicts.

Please keep those PDFs coming. We will soon need to provide our Italian tour partner with notarized lists for hotels and admission to cultural and historic sites.
Note: The terrace near the end of the clip is directly attached to our hotel. The view is spectacular.
Here is an interesting winter time perspective on Lake Como. Watch for Menaggio (our village), Bellagio and Varenna https://youtu.be/rRJ0uAgBpGU
Is someone you know traveling to Italy this spring? Travel pillows, cord organizers, folding music stands, travel journals, neck safes/money belts, electric adapters, collapsible water bottles, noise canceling headphones, portable travel chargers and guide books all make great stocking stuffers.

STA In Comparison
We offer a strong cost-value comparison to other local private schools, with lower tuition and more financial aid available per student.
