OFF ICE WORKOUTS

Off-ice workouts are at the players discretion.  Most Cadets Hockey JV/Varsity players work with Ted Johnson (APX) or personal trainers.

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Bantam and Junior Gold 7:10 - 8:20 a.m.
Varsity and JV   8:30 - 9:50 a.m.

*players may be moved sessions at Coach discretion after the first week

Fees - $800 per player
$500 per Goalie

Includes a jersey for all players

Instructors include Goalie instructor Coach Hammel, Coach Murphy, and STA Alumni Robbie Stucker
