Mother Son Dinner Dance 2023
The Fathers' Club invites all cadets in grades 9-12 and their mothers/female guardians to attend a formal evening of fine dining and dancing.
Please join us on Saturday, March 25, 6 p.m. – Midnight in Valhalla Ballroom of the Omni Vikings Lakes Hotel in Eagan, MN.
The uniform requirements for the cadets: Class A (blousecoat, gray trousers, white shirt, bow tie and black shoes (no collar brass with the bow tie, no hat nor gloves). Cadets - wear the uniform correctly at all times - except when dancing.
The cost is $185 per couple (+ $75.00 per additional son).

Arrival: 6 p.m.
Photos: 6-7:30 p.m. outside the ballroom with Michael Murray Photography (there is an additional cost for photos)
Dinner ~ 7:15 p.m.
Senior Grand March at 8 p.m.
Dance ~ 8:30-11:30 p.m. - Music provided by Adagio DJay Entertainment
Adagio DJay Entertainment has been recognized as one of the Top 150 DJs in the nation! Get your dancing shoes ready for a great musical evening.
Location
Our event this year has moved to the Omni Vikings Lakes Hotel, just across I-494 from STA.
Valet services from the Omni will be available for a nominal fee.
Meal Choices
The Omni is offering the following entrée options for your evening meal:
Roasted Chicken Breast – boursin potato mousseline, brussel sprouts and maitake mushroom sauce (Gluten Free)
Vegetable pave, Gruyère cheese and piquillo pepper coulis (Vegetarian)
Penne pasta with meatballs in marinara sauce
All meals also include:
Salad: Caesar Salad
Dessert: Crème brulee or flourless chocolate cake

Senior Moms - please send two pictures to DinnerDanceSTA@gmail.com (include your son's last name in the subject line of the e-mail). One photo of you and your son as a baby or toddler and then a more recent photo with you and your son. Please send pictures by March 11, 2023. We will honor you and your senior with a “then and now” slideshow – it’s one of the highlights of the evening! Here’s an example of how it will look:
