Honor Awards & Dinner
Make plans to join us Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at Saint Thomas Academy’s Vincent J. Flynn Hall as we honor the STA Mothers' Club as the Opus Sancti Thomas Award Recipient, and Dr. Joseph Hamel '39 as the Edward G. Hames ’36 Alumni Honors Recipient. Dress code for the event is black tie or business attire, and the meal will be provided by the Saint Paul Hotel.
The Saint Thomas Academy Awards is when we celebrate our highest honors on the same night – The Edward G. Hames Alumni Honors Award and the Opus Sancti Thomae Award. In this format, we bring many different members of our community together to celebrate those individuals who have been shining examples of people of character in our community.

Opus Sancti Thomae Award
Saint Thomas Academy recognizes individuals who have made outstanding contributions to our business, civic, church, educational or professional communities. Recipients of this award must have an affiliation with Saint Thomas Academy.
Edward G. Hames ’36 Alumni Honors Award
The Hames Alumni Honors Award recognizes alumni who have exemplified the ideals of Saint Thomas Academy while distinguishing themselves in their communities. Honorees are chosen for their advancement of the goals of the Academy and enriching the lives of those around them through professional and civic leadership, intellectual and cultural pursuits, and human welfare activities.
