Bridge to STA

Bridge to STA is a highly recommended experience for new Saint Thomas Academy boys designed to foster a sense of belonging and confidence before the school year begins. We believe that a successful transition starts and ends with relationships, so our primary focus is helping boys form early connections with their peers while becoming familiar with the facilities and the rules of the Academy. While we introduce essential strategies for organization and planning using materials from upcoming math, theology, and science courses, we recognize that these habits are built over time as we figure out what works best for each individual.

This updated program also emphasizes character and wellness by exploring themes of integrity, technology responsibility, and practical ways to manage school-related stress and test anxiety. To prepare for these sessions, students are required to read one of their summer reading books prior to the start of the course. Our ultimate goal is to ensure every young man feels connected, prepared, and truly excited to start his journey at the Academy.

**Please note, that this is not required but is highly recommended.
