Registration, Payment, and Cancellation Policies and Procedures
The deadline for schedule changes and cancellations is May 8, 2026; after that date, no refunds will be issued, regardless of attendance. Cancellations received prior to May 8, will be assessed a $25 cancellation fee per class/clinic/camp.

All classes/clinics/camps are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. On occasion, we do not have enough students enrolled to fill a particular class/clinic/camp. Families will be notified, and all payments will be refunded in the event that we must cancel a class/clinic/camp. The cancellation fee will be waived if we must cancel a class/clinic/camp.

Illness Policies and Procedures
Due to the resources designated to each summer program, including faculty and staff training and teaching time, Saint Thomas Academy Summer Programs do not offer refunds for missed days due to illness or quarantine.
