Students who plan to take part in athletic co-curriculars will need to complete the MSHSL forms and provide a record of a sports physical from a physician.  Forms may be viewed via the link below.

Athletic Registration and Forms

When registering with FinalForms, both parents/guardians and athletes must create an account. Students must use their Cadets email while creating your account on FinalForms. Once you create your account, your information will be saved for the duration of your time at Saint Thomas Academy. Which results in a quick and easy registration process.

We partner with Blackbaud Tuition Management to facilitate tuition/lunch/technology fee payments online. Please watch for an email from Blackbaud Tuition Management today.  This email will include a unique link that will walk you through the steps to set up your payment account.  

Items/decisions needed to complete your account:- Select one of the following payment plans:

• Annual (paid in August)
• Quarterly (July, September, November, February)
• Monthly (10 or 12 mo) = Start in May 2025 and end in either Feb 2026 or April 2026. Select a payment date (either the 5th or 20th of the month)

Update and/or add additional emails to your account.  Invoice reminders are emailed before the payment due date.

Have checking, savings, or credit card information available for automatic payments.  Please note that Blackbaud charges a processing fee for credit card payments (approx 3.1%).  Bank withdrawals directly from checking or savings accounts do not incur a processing fee.
