Bernard Carpenter began working at Saint Thomas Academy during Holy Week of 2015. He teaches World History to sophomores and also serves as a faculty representative to the board of trustees. “I love working at Saint Thomas Academy because I am able to work with colleagues who are some of the finest and kindest, not to mention the most professional and dedicated, people I have ever worked with. It is an honor to be employed at an institution founded by the great John Ireland.” One of his favorite things to do at Saint Thomas Academy is judge the History Day Projects. Outside of work, Mr. Carpenter enjoys the opera, classical music and also loves to watch ballet.
