Graciela Mancebo joined Saint Thomas Academy in 2020 after teaching many years at Visitation.  Graciela's son graduated from the Academy several years ago and she looks forward to having a shared connection with her son now that she is part of the team.  "I am most looking forward to awakening a passion within my students for the Spanish language, and with that, a true desire to learn. I want my students to be able to communicate proficiently and with confidence. I hope that my classroom will be a place where my students can open their minds to different cultures and learn the value in appreciating differences - skills that will serve them in the future as they navigate a globalizing world."

Graciela lists traveling to Calcutta, India and scuba diving in the Maldives as top destinations on her bucket list.  She has also lived in six different countries, loves scuba diving, and grew up with only German Shepards throughout her childhood in Argentina.
