Master Gunnery Sergeant, United States Marine Corps
Neil Constine began working at Saint Thomas Academy in 2020 and currently works as a Senior Military Instructor, Crack Drill Team and Ranger Team moderator.  "As I began preparing for retirement from the Marine Corps, I explored several different job opportunities. I had a hard time finding one that felt right to me because I wanted to be a part of an organization that I could be proud of while positively influencing others. I had never heard of Saint Thomas Academy until a friend told me about the job opening here. As I researched the Academy, I was impressed by the history and tradition of excellence. After meeting Colonel Hetherington, other staff and many cadets, I knew this was where I wanted to be. I am honored to be given the opportunity to use the leadership I learned in the Marine Corps to positively influence, lead and mentor the young men of STA."
On his bucket list is learning how to play the guitar.  Neil is married with three children and his wife is an elementary art teacher. In his free time, he enjoys woodworking, running and reading.
